Tenant administrators are responsible for ensuring uploaded content complies with laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where the chatbot is operated.

All platform software, workflows, branding, interfaces, and systems remain the intellectual property of CampAide unless otherwise stated.

Certain services may require subscriptions, fees, or paid plans.

CampAide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, security concerns, or non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampAide shall not be liable for indirect damages, business interruption, lost profits, or reliance on AI-generated responses.

These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any revised versions.
