What we collect
Public chat sessions use anonymous, locally-generated session IDs by default. When a citizen opts in, we collect the contact details they choose to share with the channel administrator. Administrators control what additional questions the assistant asks.
How we use it
Conversation data is used to surface insights to the channel administrator, improve answer quality, and maintain operational logs. Personal data shared during opt-in is used only for the purposes the citizen consents to.
Where it lives
AI provider keys and database credentials live in server-side configuration only. We never embed them in browser code. Conversation history is stored encrypted at rest.
Your rights
Citizens can request deletion of any conversation history attached to their session ID via the channel administrator. Administrators can request export or deletion of all channel data via support@campaide.com.ng.
